For this date you will need a digital camera or your smart
phone and your imagination. You are
going to go on a photo scavenger hunt.
The object is that you must find something that begins with each letter
of the alphabet! Take a picture of it as
proof that you found it. Make sure that
you take most of the pictures with one or both of you in it. That’s more fun for posterity purposes. When you are done you can make a photo
collage of your findings!
You might want to see if you can find everything on one
given street – perhaps downtown where there are a lot of shops…
Another twist you can put on it…go to a toy store, (here’s
a link to some of Houston’s best)…split up, and race the clock finding
everything in the store. The sky is the
limit. Have fun!
This date can be fun done in a group as well. If you choose to do it as a group, set a time
limit and report back to your starting point at a given time – perhaps an hour
later.
Relationship Reconnection Tip:
Buy a treat for yourselves that begin with one of the
letters in the alphabet. While you are enjoying
it answer these questions…you answer for your spouse…this is to see how well
you know each other. Talk about
something you wouldn’t normally think to talk about. Perhaps these questions will lead to others.
