If it is left unattended a couple will find it harder to resolve conflict. Stress needs to be taken care of on a daily basis. Try helping one another daily to remove any added stress that is bearing down the relationship. Try going in a quiet room together and sit down. Focus on the rise and fall of your breath as you become one with your breathing. Tune out whatever it is stressing you and focus on being centered. Simple meditation helps individuals to be more relaxed and to avoid stress. As a couple try meditating for a week and see if it improves on the quality and quantity of your communication.
