Project Date Night

We have a date night that is unique to Houston. If you want to experience culture, history, and art, take a stroll down, The Project Row Houses. These houses are a row of Shotgun Houses that were restored in the 1990’s. These houses host the artists and their work. Single mother’s rent the second rows of houses, and the first row of houses are for the art and artists. All of the art is African American themed. You can view these homes and the artwork Wednesday through Sunday from 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM.

Leading up to your date night, play the secret message game. Place a short love note in your spouses lunch box, tape a note on the bathroom mirror for them to see when they wake up in the morning. Write them a short “I Love You” email that will be waiting for them when they get to work. Spend the day (or days) leading up to your date night making your spouse feel special and remembered by writing down how much you love them.
