The San Jacinto Monument stands 15 feet taller than
the Washing Monument! Come here to learn more about the monument, when it was

History which is housed at the base of the monument where you can explore and
get more educational facts and displays to learn of the past history.
Come visit the country’s tallest war memorial, and
see the view for yourself! Learn about your roots or find a story from family that
have served in a war. If you have no family that has, you can get educated
through looking up stories and reading them together. Each person can find one
that is valuable to them personally. As you share them, ask what stood out to
them, or what values they feel are the most important to have in a
relationship.
