Feeling hungry but don’t want to splurge on a restaurant date? Find a local food market or food festival and head over there with your spouse to enjoy some delicious samples. Free and Yummy.

Relationship Reconnection: This date will automatically create a friendly atmosphere for you and your spouse to reconnect.  You’ll get to learn more about their likes and dislikes when it comes to food.  You could even surprise them later by making their favorite sample for them!

For this date all you need is your spouse, a camera, and the scenery around you.  It's time to practice your photography skills.  Rather you take photos of each other, the beautiful scenery, or set up a tripod and take pictures of you as a couple.  This is a fun way to spend time with each other and create some beautiful
memories too.

Since we are on a photo shoot here, let's talk about body language.  Our body language says a lot about us.  Leaning in when our spouse is talking or using eye contact shows a more genuine interest in what they have to say.  A simple pat on the leg or arm around the waist can speak volumes.  Take some time as you're out and about photographing, to use body language to express your love and appreciation for your spouse. Research shows that body language can show how much you value your spouse.

Understanding each others views of your relationship is a great way to reconnect.
